Our Employment Process
Step 1: Complete our employment application thoroughly and accurately.
Step 2: We verify the information provided on your application to ensure the information is accurate and that you are properly licensed.
Step 3: We run a background check to verify you have no criminal convictions, are not on the sexual predator registry, and review arrest records.
Step 4: Submit to and pass a drug screen
Step 5: Begin our multi-level interview process during which you will interview with our human resources department and meet with the site supervisor at the site location where we are considering placing you as a Frontrunner officer.
