Because we conduct all reporting as it occurs, we ensure our clients stay informed about what is occurring on their property at all times our officers are on duty.

​Clients receive access to their own customer portal which allows clients to pull reports on their own or have reporting emailed to them daily.  Clients can receive Incident Reports  immediately upon completion, and all reporting can include photos and video of irregular activity or incidents.  This immediacy in our reporting allows our clients the opportunity to make nearly contemporaneous assessments of activity and quickly develop and put into action an appropriate response plan.

Frontrunner Protective Services also provides our clients with an Electronic Security Officer Tour System which allows both our clients and our management team to monitor security officer patrol rounds and receive real-time reporting for any deficiencies.  This includes providing photos, videos, and additional resources helpful to correct any issues.
